🌿 My Story

My name is Jennifer. I was a Respiratory Care Practitioner — someone who ran toward the crisis when the world was shutting down. I worked the front lines of the COVID-19 pandemic in its earliest, most terrifying days, when no one fully understood what we were facing. I did my job. I showed up. And it nearly killed me.

I contracted COVID early in the pandemic and have spent the last six years fighting for my life — not once, but multiple times. What followed was a complete unraveling of everything I had built. My career. My income. My housing. My stability. My independence. I went from living a comfortable life to facing poverty, food insecurity, and a body I no longer recognized.

Long COVID stole things I never thought I could lose. I can no longer sing. I can no longer dance. I am fully disabled — not from a choice, not from carelessness, but from answering the call when my community needed me most.

And somewhere in the middle of all of that loss, I found something unexpected. 🌿

🌸 How Bloom & Brush Was Born

Because Long COVID left me severely allergic to nearly every conventional product I had ever used, I had to start over from scratch. I began researching. Formulating. Testing. I turned to 100% natural botanicals — and what happened next genuinely surprised me.
