Bloom & Brush Return Policy

At Bloom & Brush, every product is handcrafted in small batches using carefully selected ingredients. Because our products are handmade skincare and personal care items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

For hygiene and safety reasons, skincare and beauty products cannot be resold once they have left our studio. This policy helps us ensure that every item our customers receive is fresh, safe, and unused.

We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions and ingredient lists before purchasing. If you need any clarification about a product, we are always happy to help before you place your order.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will gladly work with you to resolve the problem.

Bloom & Brush products are made with thoughtfully chosen ingredients, but every person's skin is different. Please review ingredient lists carefully and perform a small patch test before full use.
