Step 1 — Dry Brush First (if you have one) 🌿
Before applying lotion, dry brush in long upward strokes from ankle to hip. Breaks up stagnant lymph, stimulates circulation, and preps skin to receive the lotion more deeply. 60 seconds per leg.
Step 2 — Lymphatic Drainage Strokes 💧
Always upward — always toward the heart.
- Ankles → knees: long, firm upward strokes, 10x each leg
- Knees → hips: long, firm upward strokes, 10x each leg
- Hips → waist: upward and inward strokes, 10x each side
