✨ The Bloom Root Ritual Wash Technique

Use 3–4x per week. Turn your wash day into a full scalp stimulation ritual for best growth results.

Step 1 — Breathe First (1 minute)
Before stepping under the water, take 3 deep diaphragmatic breaths — inhale through your nose, feel your belly expand. Exhale fully. This increases blood flow to the scalp before you even begin.

Step 2 — Apply & Begin at the Base
Shake well. Wet hair thoroughly. Apply a small amount directly to the nape of the neck and base of the skull first — this is where you always begin. Blood and lymphatic flow travel upward toward the crown, so starting at the base and working up maximizes circulation stimulation.

Step 3 — Cranial Massage (3–5 minutes)
Using your fingertips (never nails), work in firm circular motions starting at the nape of the neck and base of the skull, moving slowly upward toward the crown. Then work outward from the crown to the temples and hairline. Apply medium-to-firm pressure — you should feel the scalp moving slightly against the skull.

Step 4 — Pressure Point Activation
Spend 20–30 seconds on each point:

• GB 20 (Wind Pool) — base of skull, hollows on either side of the spine. Press firmly with both thumbs. Releases tension and dramatically increases circulation upward into the scalp.
• GV 20 (Baihui / Crown Point) — very top center of the head. Press with your middle finger and hold. Stimulates the entire scalp.
• ST 8 (Head Corner) — temples, just inside the hairline. Small firm circles with index and middle fingers.

Step 5 — Rinse & Follow
Rinse thoroughly. Follow with conditioner or Silk Revival Hair Masque. For best results, pair with Sacred Roots DHT Defense Growth Oil on non-wash days.
