Restore Full Body Recovery Dry Oil | Lavender + Frankincense + Sandalwood + Myrrh | 2 fl oz
💪 Restore Full Body Recovery Dry Oil
"For the body that gave everything today. You are more than what you produce. Now restore." 💙
Made with love for every person who pushes through — the nurses, the caregivers, the parents, the athletes, the night shift warriors — who come home with a body that aches from the inside out. Restore is your full-body reset. Ancient botanicals, modern ritual, and the deep knowing that you deserve to heal as hard as you work. 🌿
A 100% natural anhydrous dry body oil blended with five of the most powerful recovery and anti-inflammatory botanicals in Eastern and Western herbalism. Absorbs instantly — no greasy residue — delivering deep tissue support, nervous system calm, and skin nourishment all in one ritual.
🌿 The Botanical Blend & Why It Works
- Lavender (Lavandula Angustifolia) — The most clinically studied essential oil for pain relief, muscle relaxation, and nervous system recovery. Reduces cortisol, calms the amygdala, and signals the entire body to shift from fight-or-flight into rest-and-repair. In TCM, Lavender calms the Shen (spirit) and regulates Heart Qi — the energetic root of anxiety, restless sleep, and emotional exhaustion.
- Frankincense (Boswellia Carterii) — A master anti-inflammatory used for thousands of years across Eastern and Western healing traditions. Boswellic acids inhibit inflammatory enzymes at the cellular level. Supports tissue healing, reduces joint pain, and moves Blood stasis. In TCM, Frankincense treats Bi syndrome — painful obstruction in the channels from overuse, cold, or damp.
- Sandalwood (Santalum Album) — One of the most sacred healing woods in Ayurveda and TCM. Deeply grounding, anti-inflammatory, and skin-regenerating. Santalol compounds reduce inflammation and support collagen production. In TCM, Sandalwood moves Qi, calms the Shen, and warms Kidney Yang — the root of deep fatigue, low back pain, and burnout.
- Myrrh (Commiphora Myrrha) — Used in sacred healing rituals for over 4,000 years. Powerfully anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, and tissue-healing. Myrrh moves Blood stasis — the TCM pattern behind chronic pain, bruising, and slow tissue recovery. Perfect for the body that has been pushed hard and needs deep repair.
- Vetiver (Vetiveria Zizanoides) — Deeply earthy and grounding. A nervous system tonic that rebuilds after chronic stress and burnout. In Ayurveda, Vetiver balances Vata dosha — the energy behind anxiety, restlessness, and physical depletion. Anchors the body and mind after an exhausting shift.
✨ Your Complete Full Body Recovery Ritual
Eastern Medicine + Deep Tissue Massage + Cranial Pressure Points + Facial Yoga + Gua Sha
The oil is powerful. The ritual makes it transformational. Give yourself 15–20 minutes. This is not indulgence — this is medicine. 💙
🫁 Step 1 — Pranayama Breathwork (2 minutes)
Sit or lie down in a comfortable position. Place one hand on your belly, one on your heart. Inhale slowly through your nose for 4 counts — feel your stomach rise and harden like a drum. Exhale through your mouth for 6 counts — feel your stomach soften completely. This is diaphragmatic breathing — the same breath that powers your singing voice, releases frustration and anger, and activates your parasympathetic nervous system. Do 5 rounds. Feel your whole body begin to soften. Now you're ready to receive. 💙
💧 Step 2 — Warm the Oil & Set Your Intention
Dispense 6–8 drops into your palms. Rub hands together slowly to warm the oil and activate the botanicals. Inhale the scent deeply 3 times — the earthy frankincense, sacred myrrh, and grounding sandalwood will immediately begin shifting your nervous system into recovery mode. Set your intention: "I release what I carried today. My body is healing. I am grateful for every cell that kept me going. Now I restore."
🙌 Step 3 — Full Body Lymphatic Drainage Massage
Always massage toward the heart — this is the direction of lymphatic flow. Work from the extremities inward:
- Feet & Ankles: Stroke firmly upward from toes to ankle. Circle thumbs around both ankle bones. 10 strokes each foot.
- Lower Legs: Stroke firmly upward from ankle to knee. 10 long strokes each leg.
- Upper Legs: Stroke firmly upward from knee to hip. 10 long strokes each leg.
- Behind Knees: Cup gently and hold 10 seconds each side — activates the popliteal lymph nodes.
- Hands & Arms: Stroke firmly upward from wrist to elbow, then elbow to shoulder. 10 strokes each arm.
- Armpits: Gently cup each armpit and hold 10 seconds — the axillary lymph nodes are a major drainage hub for the entire upper body.
- Abdomen: Using flat hands, make large clockwise circles on your belly. 10 circles. Stimulates the mesenteric lymph nodes and supports digestive recovery.
- Chest: Stroke outward from the center of your chest toward your armpits. 5 strokes each side.
🤲 Step 4 — Deep Tissue Back & Shoulder Self-Massage
Apply additional drops to your neck, shoulders, and upper back area you can reach:
- Neck: Using both hands, squeeze and release the muscles on either side of your spine from skull to shoulders. 10 squeezes.
- Trapezius: Using your opposite hand, squeeze and knead the muscle between your neck and shoulder. 30 seconds each side. This is where most shift workers hold their tension.
- Shoulder Rolls: Roll both shoulders backward 10 times, then forward 10 times while massaging. Releases the rotator cuff and upper back.
- Lower Back: Place both fists on your lower back and make small circular motions with your knuckles. 30 seconds. Warms the Kidney area — in TCM, the Kidneys are the root of all vitality and are depleted by overwork.
🦶 Step 5 — TCM Acupressure Points for Full Body Recovery
- GV4 — Mingmen (Gate of Life) — on the spine, between L2 and L3 vertebrae (level with your belly button, on your back). Press or rub vigorously to warm. The most important point for Kidney Yang — the root of vitality, warmth, and recovery from deep fatigue.
- BL23 — Shenshu (Kidney Shu) — 1.5 finger-widths on either side of GV4. Press firmly and hold 30 seconds each side. Directly tonifies the Kidneys and relieves lower back pain from overwork.
- ST36 — Zusanli (Leg Three Miles) — 4 finger-widths below the kneecap, one finger-width outside the shinbone. Press firmly and hold 30 seconds each side. Tonifies Qi and Blood throughout the entire body — the most important point for overall energy restoration.
- SP6 — Sanyinjiao (Three Yin Intersection) — 4 finger-widths above the inner ankle bone. Press firmly and hold 30 seconds each side. Nourishes Blood and Yin — the deep reserves depleted by chronic overwork.
- LI4 — Hegu (Joining Valley) — in the webbing between your thumb and index finger. Press firmly and hold 30 seconds each hand. The most powerful point for pain relief anywhere in the body. Also releases tension in the neck, shoulders, and head.
- HT7 — Shenmen (Spirit Gate) — inner wrist crease, pinky side. Press gently and hold 30 seconds each wrist. Calms the heart, reduces anxiety, and supports restful sleep after a hard shift.
😮💨 Step 6 — Cranial Pressure Points & Facial Yoga
Apply a drop of oil to your fingertips:
- GV20 — Baihui (Hundred Meetings) — top of the head, center. Press gently and hold 20–30 seconds. Calms the mind, reduces overthinking, promotes recovery sleep.
- GB20 — Fengchi (Wind Pool) — base of the skull, hollows on either side of the spine. Press firmly with both thumbs and hold 30 seconds. Releases tension headaches, neck stiffness, and eye strain.
- Yintang — Third Eye — between the eyebrows. Press gently with your middle finger and hold 20 seconds. Quiets the mind and prepares the spirit for deep rest.
- Temple Circles: Massage temples in slow circles, 10 rotations each direction.
- Jaw Release: Press gently along the jawline while slowly opening and closing your mouth 5 times. Releases TMJ tension from clenching during stressful moments.
- Brow Smoothing: Smooth forehead from center outward with firm pressure. 5 long strokes. Releases worry lines.
- Neck Lymphatic Sweep: Sweep gently downward from behind your ears, down the sides of your neck, to your collarbone. 5 strokes each side. Drains the cervical lymph nodes.
🪨 Step 7 — Gua Sha (Optional but Transformational)
If you have a Gua Sha tool, use it now while the oil is on your skin:
- Neck: Stroke upward from collarbone to jaw, 5 strokes each side.
- Jawline: Stroke from chin outward to ear. 5 strokes each side.
- Cheekbones: Stroke from nose outward toward temples. 5 strokes each side.
- Forehead: Stroke from center outward toward temples. 5 strokes.
- Shoulders: Stroke from neck outward across the top of the shoulder. 5 strokes each side. Releases trapezius tension.
- Always use light, comfortable pressure — Gua Sha for recovery is gentle and soothing.
💙 Step 8 — Self-Love Closing Affirmation
Cup your face in your warm, oiled hands. Close your eyes. Take 3 deep belly breaths. Then say or think: "I am restored. I am grateful for this body that carried me through everything today. I release the tension, the pain, and the weight of what I carried. I am healing with every breath. Tomorrow I rise again — stronger, softer, and more whole."
